Great experience purchasing a car from Leon! Extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Leon is not your typical salesman going above and beyond.

Staff are very helpful and give good advice. Even if there isn't some product that I want, they can find something else to replace it.

This shop always delivers quality advice and service for me. They'll happily check any device or battery I bring before charging me a dollar. Most recent was advice about batteries for my smoke alarms. Their 9v was perfect, a better fit than the manufacturers recommendation, and half the price.

As a 50 year old local and dodgy home mechanic I regularly go to this store for various products, spending around $100 a month on average. Normally, the staff are OK to deal with. But on Saturday 9th Oct 2021 I was in the process of buying some motorcycle oil when I was accused of stealing from the store. All eyes were on me as the staff member rifled through my back pack, opening every single zipper. I felt ashamed. Of course, aside from my action camera and genuine Suzuki oil filter, he found nothing. He then had the utter cheek to tell me to leave my bag at the front of the shop if I didn't want that to happen again. He then tried to hand my bag back to me with all the zippers wide open. Thankfully, he obliged when I demanded he zip everything back up. Here is my vow. I will never shop there again. Ever. I will tell everyone I know not to shop there.

I called the Joondalup branch to make an enquiry, i spoke to a lady Brea & she was so.. helpful, she was AWESOME!! all my questions were answered. Thank-you Brea, my lucky day, as usually she's at the Ellenbrook branch.

Every experience I’ve had here has been good but today topped them all. They didn’t have what I needed in stock, but they managed to get it to me the same day. I will be back. Thanks for your service.

It will be my third time going back to change a wrong battery. I even showed them my rego papers with model and year......still can't get it right! I will return again for the third time then purchase my battery elsewhere. Nobody pays for my wasted time! It's just not good enough and really quite ridiculous!
